Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Immediately after, we contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

If your items are available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within two business days from the date of purchase.

Once shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you haven’t received tracking info within six business days of your order, please reach out to us at support@majesticagriguys.com.

Please note: We do not ship outside the USA, except for some products available in Canada. If the website allows you to enter a shipping address, your order will be fulfilled accordingly.

Changing Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you want to change the delivery address, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that any address change may cause delays.

Also, if our freight carriers charge any additional fees due to the address change, you (the customer) will be responsible for covering those extra costs. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We work closely with our vendors to ensure orders ship as quickly as possible.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–10 business days after shipment.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 2–12 business days.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Such delays do not entitle customers to cancel an order without following our Return & Refund Policy [https://majesticagriguys.com/pages/return-and-refund-policy].

If an order has already shipped, cancellation requests may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note: Filing a chargeback does not replace our return or refund procedures. Customers must follow our published policies to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.

Shipping Options

Our base shipping is always completely free! This option typically takes between 2 and 12 days to arrive at your doorstep after your order is submitted.

We also offer additional shipping options for your convenience:

Return And Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: At Majestic Agri Guys. Cancel your order any time before it ships, completely free of charge.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at +1 (662)-689-2391, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@majesticagriguys.com any time. 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order, they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Exchanges
We do not accept product exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds and Returns.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any return and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% and return shipping costs, depending on the manufacturer. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs, depending on the product. 

Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return; however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing, as the brand-specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.

Return Labels
Return labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Majestic Agri Guy's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Please Read the Following

When you are purchasing from Majestic Agri Guys, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide it to Majestic Agri Guys within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 

  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.

  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund. 

  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 25%. 

  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Majestic Agri Guys.

  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Majestic Agri Guys (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

  • I understand that refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to support@majesticagriguys.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns

The Majestic Agri Guys default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

All customers agree that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly to resolve it. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.

Warranty

3 Year Limited Warranty: SolarXtreme® products

All of our SolarXtreme products are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) years from the date of original purchase. If a defect is determined, MWW Inc. d.b.a. California LightWorks will choose to (1) exchange the defective light with a new light with return shipping paid by MWW Inc, or (2) provide new replacement parts immediately. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If it is determined that the product is un-repairable, we will notify you immediately. If the rivets are removed, your warranty becomes null and void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, etc…, the warranty is void. Only repair costs are covered under warranty. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of MWW Inc. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
 

5 Year Limited Warranty: SolarSystem® MegaDrive® and Greenhouse Professional (GHPRO) products

MWW Inc, d.b.a. CALIFORNIA LIGHTWORKS warrants the mechanical and electronic components of this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.  If the product shows any defects within this period and that defect is not due to user error or improper use CALIFORNIA LIGHTWORKS shall, at its discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned products or parts. In case CALIFORNIA LIGHTWORKS decides to replace the entire product, this limited warranty shall apply to the replacement product for the remaining initial warranty period, i.e. five (5) years from the date of purchase of the original product.

We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT California LightWorks products on Amazon®. Regarding this issue, we are alerting our valued customers, retailers, and distributors that we are actively working to resolve it. Please note that California LightWorks will NOT honor its product warranties for any products sold on Amazon® by non-authorized resellers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from non-authorized resellers as some of these products may cause permanent damage to your safety and health.

Commercial Sales Terms and Conditions:

GOVERNING TERMS – The Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) shall apply to all sales of items by MWW, Inc., a California corporation doing business as California LightWorks (CLW) and shall apply to its affiliates and brands in which CLW conducts business under. Any different or additional terms and conditions proposed by any customer in a purchase order, response to quotation, or other proposal shall are hereby rejected by CLW and shall not be incorporated into the agreement for sale of CLW products.
TERMS – Terms of payment for all CLW products is COD or as negotiated with customer. The maximum legal rate of interest will be applied for each additional month an invoice is past due. CLW reserves the right to refuse to ship any items to any customer who has not been able to meet its terms or who in their opinion is unable to meet its payment obligations to CLW.
ATTORNEY FEES – In the event CLW retains an attorney to enforce CLW’s rights under the terms of this Agreement, you agree to pay CLW’s reasonable attorneys fees and court costs.
FREIGHT – Freight is prepaid and allowed on shipments of products for orders that meet the minimum ordering requirement according to the location of which the shipment will be delivered. Orders not qualified for prepaid freight will be shipped with transportation charges prepaid by CLW and added to customer’s account, unless other method is requested by customer and customer assumes any additional transportation costs. CLW reserves the right to ship all orders in one complete shipment with partial shipments made at our discretion. CLW reserves the right to use its discretion in routing all shipments with the right to choose origin of shipment and routing. All goods are shipped F.O.B. at CLW factory. Upon execution of a bill of lading or tender of freight to carrier’s agent or customer’s agent (whichever occurs first), title and risk of loss to all products shall pass from CLW to you. Shipments should be inspected by the purchaser immediately upon receipt for transportation loss or damage and any necessary claim entered promptly with the carrier.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) – Requests to return materials must be made within 30 days from date of shipment. No merchandise shall be returned by the customer without prior written consent by way of a Return Merchandise Authorization Form issued by CLW. Returned merchandise must be in a salable condition with the merchandise in its original sealed carton in order to qualify for credit. Under no circumstance will special products, custom made products, nonstocking products, modified products, or items deemed outdated may be returned by the customer. Products accepted for return will be issued a credit at the price prevailing at either the time of shipment or at the time of return, whichever is lower. CLW may deduct up to 30% of the invoice price to cover part of the cost of handling, unpacking , repacking and placing the products in a salable condition, and a deduction will be made for freight expense of original shipment. Transportation must be prepaid on all returned merchandise to factory.
CANCELLATIONS – If the customer desires to cancel an order after acceptance of an order by CLW, the customer may be subject to cancellation charge of up to 30% the total price of the order, or, if greater, the actual costs incurred by CLW with respect to the order as of the time of cancellation.
PRICE, SPECIFICATIONS, DIMENSIONS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE – CLW reserves the right to change its pricing, specifications, and dimensions of their merchandise without notice. The information in the catalog is for informational purposes only. Please consult with factory for latest product information or for information for construction purposes. CLW reserves the right to replace, modify, discontinue, or substitute any product without prior notification. Availability of CLW’s product offering may change without notice.
LIMITED WARRANTY – CLW’s limited warranty provides that products sold will be free of defect in manufacturing and workmanship, under normal and proper storage, usage, and installation for a period listed below from date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in writing:
  • All SolarSystem LED light fixtures and controllers: 5 Years
  • All MegaDrive LED light fixtures: 5 Years
  • All Greenhouse Professional (GHRPRO) LED light fixtures: 5 Years
  • All SolarXtreme LED light fixtures: 3 Years.

Should the warranty terms come into effect, CLW must be notified within the warranty period in writing. CLW’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part and in no event shall CLW be responsible for labor costs with respect to installation, removal, replacement or repair of warranted products or for any consequential damages. CLW will not acknowledge charge backs or claims without written authorization. CLW is not responsible for return shipment of defective product. CLW reserves the right to refuse to honor the above warranty for any product(s) altered, improperly installed, or installed in applications for which not intended. CLW MAKES NO FURTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THESE TERMS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. CLW DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No distributor, supplier, or sales representative of CLW has the authority to modify or amend this warranty.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS – The foregoing limited warranty provides the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy relating to CLW’s products. The total liability of CLW on any and all claims of any kind, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with, or resulting from, CLW’s performance or breach of the foregoing limited warranty or from CLW’s sale, delivery, repair, or replacement of any products, or the furnishing of any services, shall in no event exceed the purchase price allocable to the specific product which gives rise to the claim, and any and all such liability shall terminate upon he expiration of the limited warranty set forth above. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLW BE LAIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER AS THE RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THOERY).
LAW AND JURISDICTION – The terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California. Customer hereby consents and agrees that any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of an appropriate court located in Los Angeles, State of California.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT – The terms and condition stated herein shall constitute the entire sales agreement between CLW and the customer, unless as expressly agreed in writing by CLW. Any contrary or additional terms or conditions submitted by the customer other than the model number, quantity, shipping date, and shipping location, shall be deemed to be of no effect and are hereby rejected. Submission of a purchase order by customer shall indicate purchaser’s acknowledgement of and agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
